Color Destiny ("the app") is developed by Duo Creative. This page explains what data is handled when you use it.
No account
You do not need to register to use the app. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or any similar identifying information.
Data that stays on your device
Your progress, level state, language preference and in-game balance are stored only in your device's local storage. This data is not sent to our servers, and it is removed when you delete the app.
Data our server receives
The app connects to our server to download new artwork. As with any internet request, your IP address and basic device or browser information technically reach the server during these requests. This information is kept in short-lived server logs for security and debugging, is not used to build a personal profile, and is not shared with third parties.
Ads and purchases
The app may show ads and offer an optional subscription. Advertising and payment processing are handled by the relevant store and ad providers; we never have access to your payment details. Those providers' own privacy policies apply.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been processed by mistake, we delete it.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no account record you could ask us to delete. You are still welcome to contact us with any question or request.
Changes
This policy may be updated. When something material changes, the date on this page is updated with it.
